About Natalya
Natalya is an extremely passionate and sought after Instructor.  She infuses her teaching with a depth of knowledge from years of classical ballet training, STOTT Pilates Certification since 2002, intensive studies of Kinesiology at York University & years of working with students from a wide range of backgrounds. Natalya has been fascinated with the human body and movement ever since she can remember and derives great satisfaction in teaching others the language of the body.  She knows the body inside and out.  Natalya seeks to teach her students from where ever they enter the practice.  This is to say that there is no better time to begin the practice of yoga and pilates then NOW. You do not need to be five pounds lighter or at a different stage in life.  Come as you are, however you are and just step onto the mat.
Natalya has had the great fortune of studying with many gifted teachers who have had a profound effect on her mind, body and soul.  She completed numerous teacher training courses that have exposed her to the wisdom or different lineages and teaching styles.  Her inquisitive nature and radiant enthusiasm for health inspire and invigorate.  Yoga and Pilates have enriched her life exponentially. With great conviction, Natalya aims to empower others to find health, wellness and happiness.
